Re: Tritone?

Old version of 1tracker maybe?

Re: Tritone?

is there any way to convert data to beepoa format?

Re: Tritone?

Just realized it cannot be 1tracker. The track is from 2016, but Tritone was only added to 1tracker in 2018.

Perhaps best to ask the author directly: https://demozoo.org/sceners/63068/

Re: Tritone?

All Tritone songs before Beepola were made with the XM converter. Some of them still made with the converter, because it gives the super speed capability (to imitate arpeggios and slides).

website - 1bit music - other music - youtube - bandcamp - patreon - twitter (latest news there)

Re: Tritone?

it seems to me that the data format is different from xmconverter.

I asked the author we will see if he will answer.

Re: Tritone?

I compiled this track using a modded version of Tritone, with significanlty reduced row transition noise.
It was written in .xm, and compiled using a custom version of the converter by Shiru.

This mod was, partly, inspired by xxl's Tritone player for Atari - I could not tolerate the fact that Atari sounds so much cleaner smile

Re: Tritone?

can I get this .xm to convert music to Atari?

I've got permission from the author; so, drop me an email at zxintrospec@gmail.com and I'll reply with the .xm.

which better?

Re: Tritone?

For this particular track the second recording sounds exactly like my mod on ZX Spectrum. (Is it a ZX Spectrum version actually?) The first version sounds a bit strange, possibly slightly detuned.

Re: Tritone?
