For those which didn't see, I made this one too, a few times ago. The begining is the same melodies but after it's different

TI isn't like, say, Gameboy, where you can have good sound pretty much out of the box.

Well, with backlight and prosound modifications it's not completly out of the box ^^ but yea... But I don't think the calculator 1bit sound is worse... it's just different

I use linux, but I don't use Terminal much (just apt-get update and things like that) I don't know how to code :-)

I have to say that I used TI connect for install HT2 and not TILP. On TILP it never worked (I didn't have TI connect installed when I tryed with TILP). I tryed all I can do, on windows 7 with TILP... But nothing... So after searches on google I found TI connect and it worked. I used a grey silverlink cable.

Oh, ok. But for my high frequency problem, I must say that I use fresh batteries and the problem is here :-(

Hi,

Is there any differences between the sound of all calculators? (TI-82/83/83+/84+) If there is some differences what is the one with the best sound? I noticed on my TI83+ that I have a high frequency wich was always here. But when I put it on my ROLLS MX41b (tiny mix table) then I don't have this sound. Maybe there is a filter on my rolls mx41b? I think not but... it works

Thank's for this awesome tracker :-)

Very cool! And great to see there's at least 1 person who likes the auto-chord effect, hehe. Looking forward to hearing more from you wink

The auto-chord effect is awesome I love it!
At first I forgot to put 700 again at the end of the blocks. Now it sound better! But I like also when it's not harmonius. I have to read more the manual for now I can use only 7, B and pan commands

Hi all,

I'm new here, and new to Houston Tracker 2. I received my TI83+ last week and installed HT2. But I already love it and I tried to use it with my other hardware machines. I made a few vidéos on my youtube channel. It's always the same sound I made only one for now :

TI83+ alone : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bzotUkIL26I

TI83+ (sound is clear) + Casio VL-tone in fuzz pedal : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xdPBfTsh2hQ
