The was supposed to be one in november, but I didn't have time to organize it after all. Next good chance would be in early spring, after Winter Chip has finished on Battle of the Bits.

Yes that's true, the time constraint to finish a composition for a compo really does motivate and focus you.
Boiled Down, Water Beeplets and Glitch! were written very quickly on a Friday night after some beers (I think it shows though)

Thinking about it, 1-bit is a very niche market, probably even on the fringes on chipmusic fans taste.

But once you're in, you're hooked

Thanks a lot utz for organising the compo. As you say, it was a bit disappointing that more people didn't participate, but personally I really enjoyed entering.
